At PXG, we stand behind our high-performance equipment and apparel; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please note that custom-built golf clubs and personalized items are subject to specific terms and may incur a restocking fee.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Shipping Label

  Once your request is authorized, download and print the prepaid UPS shipping label and the included return packing slip.

• 3.
  Package Your Gear

  Securely pack your items in their original PXG packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the packing slip is placed inside the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized UPS location and keep your tracking number handy while we process your refund within 7-10 business days.
